Send a morning alert when grass or birch pollen reaches the user’s threshold.
Pharmacies and health media
Show a live pollen level for each town on store or article pages.
Air purifiers and smart homes
Switch to a stronger filter mode before the pollen peak.
Sport and outdoor planning
Suggest the best moment of the week for a run or a hike.
Frequently asked questions
Is the pollen API free?
Yes. The free plan gives 500 calls a day with no card, and the pollen endpoint is included. Paid plans raise the daily volume.
Does it work outside Europe?
No. The CAMS pollen model covers Europe only; a point outside its area returns a clear 400 error instead of a guess.
Can I use it in a commercial app?
Yes. Copernicus allows commercial use of CAMS data; keep the source line visible in your app.
